Throughout 2025, Russia progressively brought vegetable oils, beer, dietary supplements, textiles, tires, perfumes, dairy products, bottled water, tobacco and medical devices under Chestny ZNAK's mandatory DataMatrix labeling. As of 1 March 2026, certain dietary supplement subcategories such as fish oil (Omega-3) and enzyme supplements are also being brought into scope.
