Flat Carton Serialization Station

Our carton serialization station, powered by MKVision software, prints a unique DataMatrix/GS1 code on every carton and uses a camera to simultaneously verify both the code and the human-readable characters (OCR/OCV). Format changeover is completed in seconds with a single adjustment wheel.

Automatic Camera & Light Adjustment

Semi-Automatic Aggregation Station

As soon as the carton is placed in the cabinet, the camera and lighting unit automatically position themselves according to carton height. Dual Zebra ZT411 industrial printers instantly print and apply case and pallet labels through the touchscreen-operated MKVision interface.
