National Goods Catalog Brings Mandatory Digital Tracking Into Force

Launched on 15 August 2025, the National Goods Catalog (NGC) uses a "Digital Trade Mirror" model to track products across the entire supply chain, from code assignment and import to in-store sale. Full digital registration and labeling compliance becomes mandatory from January 2026, with a phased timeline for categories such as motor oils, beer products, textiles and jewelry.
